To cancel an existing application and travel pass, submit an application for cancellation of a subsidized travel pass for pupils and students. You can submit an application only if a valid monthly travel pass is attached to the application or if there is no valid travel pass.

From the displayed list of valid applications for the current year, select the one you want to cancel. If the list is not displayed, you can continue submitting a new application or cancel the process.

If you still have a valid monthly subsidized travel pass on the basis of a valid application that you want to cancel, the cancellation of the application will be valid after the expiry of the validity of the ticket, i.e. from the first day of the following month. You cannot submit an application to cancel a travel pass if annual tickets have been issued based on an existing application. In this case, you can arrange the cancellation only at the sales points of the carriers.

If there are warnings on the selected application stating that the application is not appropriate, follow the instructions when filling out the application.

Arrange the cancellation of the existing application and travel pass at the carrier's point of sale. Submit an identity document and a valid IJPP card.

If a valid monthly subsidized travel pass is attached to the application, it will be canceled on the last day of the month of ticket cancellation. You are not entitled to a refund.

If a semi-annual or annual subsidized ticket is attached to the application, it will be canceled on the last day of the month of cancellation of the ticket. The beneficiary is entitled to a proportional share of the unused purchase price.
