VlogaApplication for a certificate from the archived household record
You can use the application to apply for a certificate which provides the list or number of the members registered in the household archives. The application allows parents or guardians to obtain an archives certificate for their minor child, but it is also possible to obtain a certificate for another person if you have their power of attorney.

You submit your application using your e-identity. After login, some of your personal data will be automatically transferred to the form and you can also save your application in your eGovernment box.
The electronic application will be processed by the administrative unit of your choice.
You will receive a certificate from the archived household record at your chosen service address.
Pursuant to Articles 24, 25 and 28 of the Administrative Fees Act (ZUT), the applicant may, if they are eligible, request a fee waiver.
