VlogaApplication for designation or change of an address for service
A person who has a temporary residence in addition to their permanent residence may designate an address for service. Only the address at which you have registered your permanent or temporary residence can be designated as the address for service. You may make the application for yourself, for a minor child or another person.

After logging in with your e-identity (digital certificate or smsPASS), your personal data will be automatically entered in the form. A service address must be provided on the form.
You can apply for a change of your service address at any administrative unit in the Republic of Slovenia.

You can apply for a change of your service address at any administrative unit in the Republic of Slovenia.
The Slovenian administrative unit or local office staff will complete the form for you. It is your responsibility to review the completed form and, if you agree, to sign it.
You should provide an address for service.
