VlogaApplication for an extract from the Register of Births
You can obtain an extract for yourself, for a minor child or for another person, provided you attach that person's power of attorney. The extract can be issued on a domestic form for use in Slovenia or on a multilingual international form for use abroad.

After registering with your e-ID, your personal data will be automatically transferred to the form and you can also save your application in your eGovernment box.
The electronic application will be processed by the administrative unit of your choice. You can receive the certificate at the physical address recorded in the register as your address for service, or at a secure electronic mailbox or e-mail address.
Pursuant to Articles 24, 25 and 28 of the Administrative Fees Act (ZUT), the applicant may, if they are eligible, request a fee waiver.

If you submit your application in person at the administrative unit, you will obtain the extract immediately.
If you submit your application at a diplomatic representation or a consular post, you will receive the extract by post.
