To change the address, status or ticket type of an existing electronic application for the current school/study year, you must submit an application for change within five working days of the change.

If you do not have valid travel passes on the basis of the existing application or if their validity has expired, submit an application for a change. If there are still valid travel passes attached to the application you are changing, cancel it at the point of sale of any carrier before submitting the application to change this travel pass.

The data of the existing application or applications will be automatically transferred to the application.

Change your existing application for the new school year if your address, status or type of existing subsidised travel pass changes during the year.

In the application you must:

• enter the applicant’s details. If you are a minor, your legal representative must complete the application and also provide their own details;
• enter the details of the provider of the education/study programme, or have them entered and certified by the educational establishment concerned. If the application is not certified by the educational/study establishment, attach the certificate of enrolment;

• enter the length of the transport route (distance from the address of residence to the address of the educational/study institution in km);
•  
• select the type of subsidised travel pass you are applying for. Enter details of no more than one inter-regional route and/or urban transport service (the application may contain only one inter-regional route and/or one or more urban transport services). For an inter-regional route, give the points of embarkation and disembarkation; for urban transport, give the urban transport area.
