After you log on using a digital certificate, your personal and education details are automatically entered in the form.

If your residential address during the period of study is different from your permanent address, enter the relevant address manually. Enter details of the distance (which must be at least two kilometres and written as a whole number) and select the travel pass type:

MONTHLY TRAVEL PASS: provides an unlimited number of journeys, available as a monthly or annual travel pass for integrated public passenger transport throughout the country. It also enables these journeys to be combined with selected urban transport services.

TRAVEL PASS FOR 10 JOURNEYS: enables 10 journeys a month between the two stops you indicate in your application. It also enables these journeys to be combined with selected urban transport services.

ANNUAL TRAVEL PASS: if you would like to purchase an annual travel pass, indicate this when purchasing the travel pass from the transport operator’s website.

Once you receive a decision via the eUprava portal granting the right to a subsidised travel pass, you can proceed with the purchase of the subsidised travel pass via the link in the document. You will be redirected to the transport operator’s website, if that operator allows online travel pass purchases. At the purchase stage, select the period for which you are purchasing the travel pass that you opted for when submitting the application. You therefore choose between an annual or monthly travel pass when purchasing the subsidised travel pass.

Submit a fully completed application at the transport operator’s point of sale when purchasing a travel pass for the current school/academic year for the first time (the application may either be certified by the provider of the education/study programme or the certificate of enrolment attached to the application). You may purchase a subsidised travel pass after submitting a complete application.

In the application you must:

• enter the applicant’s details. If you are a minor, your legal representative must complete the application and also provide their own details;
• enter the details of the provider of the education/study programme, or have them entered and certified by the educational establishment concerned. If the application is not certified by the educational/study establishment, attach the certificate of enrolment;
• enter the length of the transport route (distance from the address of residence to the address of the educational/study institution in km);
• select the type of subsidised travel pass you are applying for. Enter details of no more than one inter-regional route and/or urban transport service (the application may contain only one inter-regional route and/or one or more urban transport services). For an inter-regional route, give the points of embarkation and disembarkation; for urban transport, give the urban transport area.
