What is the difference between completing the application for enrolment with a digital certificate and the user name and password?
Candidates may submit the application for enrolment on the web site eVŠ in two ways:
1.) With qualified digital certificate, the application in eVŠ is submitted with an electronic signature by the end of the application deadline. A printed application form is not sent out by post. The candidate must send by registered mail the attachments to the application required by the tender for enrolment (in the attachment, the reference number to the application for enrolment must be stated; the address is the same as for the submission of the application for enrolment).
2.) Without a digital certificate with the user name and password, the candidate sends the application for enrolment electronically to eVŠ, the completed application form must then be printed, signed and sent by registered mail together with the attachments by the end of the application deadline to the address that appears in the upper left corner of the printed application form.
