In what cases can you record the prohibition of alienation and encumbrance of assets to my real estate?
In order for the state to exercise its right to the limitation of the inheritance and return of the amount of the received financial social assistance, the prohibition of alienation and encumbrance of assets can be recorded to the recipient's real estate.

The notation can be entered under the following conditions:

• when permanent financial social assistance is granted to the beneficiary; or
• if the beneficiary received financial social assistance at least twenty-four times in the last 3 years before the application; or
• when the beneficiary received financial social assistance more than eighteen times in the last 24 months and
• when the value of the real estate (buildings and plots) where the beneficiary resides exceeds the value of adequate housing by more than 13,780.00 EUR.

The beneficiary's consent is a prerequisite for further allocation of the right to financial social assistance, but not the health care rights.
