Reciprocity means that a Slovenian citizen or legal entity with registered office in Slovenia acquires the ownership rights to real estate in the country of the foreigner under the same or similar conditions under which the foreigners may acquire the ownership rights to real estate in Slovenia and that satisfying these conditions is not significantly harder for a citizen of Slovenia or a legal entity with registered office in Slovenia than the prescribed satisfying of conditions for foreigners in Slovenia.
