What is the difference between international forms according to the Paris and Vienna Convention?
There are no major differences between the forms; the international form according to the Vienna Convention is newer. Given the fact that the signatory countries of the Paris Convention are in general also the signatories of the Vienna Convention, both forms are accepted; at the competent authorities of foreign countries, the citizens must themselves ascertain which form is most appropriate in a given case.
