You must submit an application for a permit to hold a public event or assembly to the administrative unit in the territory where the event or assembly is to be held, and for an event to be held on a public road that runs across the territory of two or more administrative units, to the administrative unit in the territory where the event will start.

Instructions

After logging in with your e-identity, some of your personal data will be automatically transferred to the form, all other required data must be entered manually. The electronic request will be processed by the competent administrative unit.

You must enter all the details of the event and the organiser in the form and attach all the necessary enclosures. Before completing the form, please read the enclosed instructions.

The organiser must submit the application for a permit at least 7 days before the day of the assembly or 10 days before the day of the event, and for sports competitions in cycling and motor racing on public roads and other road events taking place in the territory of 2 or more administrative units, at least 30 days before the day of the event.

The following information must be included in the application for a permit to hold an assembly or event:

  • information on the organiser of the assembly or event;
  • location, time and duration of the assembly or event, the programme and the estimated number of participants;
  • the personal data of the person responsible for the assembly or event and of the head safety steward; if the steward service is provided by an entity engaged in the protection of people and property, its data must also be submitted;
  • the personal data of the authorised representative of the organiser for service at the registered office of the competent authority and the method used to inform the organiser;
  • the method of providing security at the assembly or event with an indication of the number of safety stewards and measures in place to maintain public order, to protect the lives and health of the participants and other persons, and to protect property, in such a manner that public traffic will not be disturbed and the environment will not be unduly burdened.

The application must be signed electronicaly.

Terms of submission
To submit the application you need
  •  proof that the organiser has notified the local community (municipality) where the assembly or event they are registering is to be held (copy of a letter, proof of posting, etc.);
  • consent of the owner or operator of the venue (rental or other agreement or written consent);
  • permit for excessive noise if the organiser is to be using devices that cause excessive noise as defined in the Decree on the method of using sound devices emitting noise at public events and public meetings;
  • completed Annex 15 to the Rules on Emergency Medical Service, an assessment of the type of event and an explanation of the assessed criteria as set out in Annex 16 to the Rules on Emergency Medical Service, the event’s distance from the nearest emergency medical service provider (in kilometres and minutes of emergency transport time) and proof of the provision of medical services at the event according to the type of event (for events where medical services are required);
  • permit for a temporary road closure from the administrative authority responsible for transport and a detailed plan of the road closure or a chart of temporary traffic arrangements, which serves as the basis for the issue of a permit for a temporary road closure (in the case of an exceptional use of the road);
  • description of the design, colour, content and dimensions of the special sign to be used to identify the vehicles for the event’s support staff on the road if the event is to take place on an event route (a roadway or part of a roadway on which participants in the event are driving, running or otherwise moving);
  • proof that the equipment used is technically sound or proof that the objects can be used safely if equipment or objects are to be used at the assembly or event which may pose a threat to the lives or health of participants or property;
  • other evidence of safe conduct (notice of fire safety, medical care, etc.);
  • enclosures and permits required by specific regulations.
