ApplicationRequest for Information on Data in the Schengen Information System in Slovenia
With the application, a person can request for information on data in the Schengen Information System in Slovenia (SIS II).
Instructions
Send the application to the Police electronically, using your digital identity.
After signing in with a digital identity, some of your personal data will be transferred to the form automatically, and you can also save the application in a folder on e-Administration. The submitted electronic application is processed by the Ministry of the Interior – Police.
You will receive the printout by mail to your address for service.
The data you will provide serves as identifiers through which we can reliably search for information relating to you in the SIS II database, as well as for us to be able to send this information to you.

You can also submit an application at all border crossings, administrative units and diplomatic and consular representations of the Republic of Slovenia abroad. The application is immediately handed over to the Police to solve. The latter must enable the individual to view, transcribe, copy and confirmation within 15 days of receipt of the request or inform him in writing of the reasons for refusal within the same period.
