Aktivnost: Application for the notification of loss/theft/misplacement of a CAA certificate

In the event of the disappearance, loss, or theft of a document issued by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Slovenia, the holder shall notify the Agency of its disappearance, loss, or theft.

The holder shall report the disappearance, loss, or theft of the document to the Agency or via the state eUprava portal no later than 30 days from its disappearance, loss, or theft.

Application for the notification of loss/theft/misplacement of a CAA certificate

The application is intended for reporting the disappearance, loss, or theft of any document issued by the Agency (e.g. a pilot licence, an aircraft maintenance licence, a certificate of registration, a certificate of airworthiness, a permit to fly, etc.).
