If you had a registered household in the Republic of Slovenia up until 31 December 2020, you can get a certificate from the archives.

Application for a certificate from the archived household record

You can use the application to apply for a certificate which provides the list or number of the members registered in the household archives. The application allows parents or guardians to obtain an archives certificate for their minor child, but it is also possible to obtain a certificate for another person if you have their power of attorney.
