The property, however, is at its owner's disposal but in the sale of agricultural land, forest or farm the process of selling these lands governed by the Agricultural Land Act must be considered. Land parcels for sale are published on the bulletin boards of administrative units and on the state portal E-Uprava (eGovernment).

The administrative unit in the area of which the agricultural land, forest or farm is located, must publish the offer on the bulletin board and the uniform state portal E-Uprava (eGovernment). The offer must be published on the bulletin board and on the state portal E-Uprava (eGovernment) for 30 days. The deadline for accepting the offer is 30 days from the date when the offer was published on the bulletin board of the administrative unit.
