Agricultural land: Mutual exchange of agricultural land
The subject of the exchange may be agricultural land for agricultural land or agricultural land for forest land and vice versa.
An application for a decision that the exchange is a mutual exchange of agricultural land shall be submitted to the administrative unit in the territory of which the land subject to the exchange contract is located.
Mutual exchange of agricultural land is possible for the purpose of more rational use of agricultural land and provided that the value of one piece of land does not exceed the value of the other by more than 50 %.
The exchange of agricultural land for forest land and vice versa shall also be considered as a mutual exchange of agricultural land.
The mutual exchange of agricultural land does not require the approval of a legal transaction. The administrative unit shall issue a decision to that effect.
