To submit some applications and to use My eGovernment you require a qualified digital certificate or the smsPASS mobile identity issued to you as an individual.
In Slovenia, there are four certification-service-providers: SI-TRUST (SIGEN-CA, SIGOV-CA and smsPASS), Pošta®CA, AC NLB and Halcom CA.
