DomandaApplication for the notification of loss/theft/misplacement of a CAA certificate
The application is intended for reporting the disappearance, loss, or theft of any document issued by the Agency (e.g. a pilot licence, an aircraft maintenance licence, a certificate of registration, a certificate of airworthiness, a permit to fly, etc.).
Istruzioni
In the application, the holder shall provide their personal details, details of the document, and information on the circumstances of the disappearance. An application submitted electronically shall be processed by the Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Slovenia. The holder shall receive confirmation of the report at the chosen address or electronic address for service.
After submitting the application, the use of the specified document is no longer permitted. In place of the missing, destroyed, or stolen document, a request for the issuance of a new document may be submitted to the Agency.
