After logging in with your e-identity, some of your personal data will be automatically transferred to the form. The electronic request will be processed by the Ministry of the Interior – Police.

The request is immediately referred to the Police for processing. The Police must allow the data subject to inspect, transcribe, copy and obtain an extract within 15 days of receipt of the request, or inform the individual in writing within the same period of time on the reasons for refusal.
