Persons can request the completion, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection to the processing of your personal data in the Schengen Information System (SIS) in Slovenia for which he or she can prove to be incomplete, incorrect or outdated or unlawfully collected and processed.

You can submit the form to the police electronically using your e-identity.
After logging in with your e-identity, your personal data will be automatically transferred to the form, other data needs to be entered manually, and you can save the form in a folder on eUprava.
The electronic request will be processed by the Ministry of the Interior – Police.
You will receive a printout by mail at your delivery address.
