All employers are obliged to draw-up and receive in writing the statement with risk assessment. The aforementioned statement is a document whereby the employer declares in writing that he/she is taking all the measures to ensure occupational health and safety concerning the prevention of occupational danger and risks, informing and training of workers, giving of instructions, appropriate organization and provision of necessary material means for this purpose. Risk assessment forms an integral part of the safety statement.
