To register to My State Portal you have to select a user name that can only contain letters, numbers and an underline sign (_). Use of punctuation or other symbols is not permitted. A user name must contain at least 8 and no more then 12 signs.

In the second field insert your e-mail address to which you will receive your registration password. You can change your password afterwards by choosing a link 'Adapt'.

What does My State Portal offer?

• Personalization (personification or personal accommodations) of the State Portal,
• Subscription to the State Portal news-letter.

Personalization (personal accommodations) of the State Portal allows every user to customize web sites of the portal according to his preferred groups in such a way that fields of information, chosen by the user are displayed on the sites. The user can change his settings within the frame of limits set by the portal administrator.

To be able to use the functionality that the personalization provides every user must register first. First and last name, an e-mail address and a password are all kept in a database administrated by the Government Centre for Informatics until the user excludes himself from the database through a web site on the portal or automatically after 6 months from the user's has last visit to the portal. The cancellation of personal data from the database is permanent.

By clicking the button "Registration" I explicitly consent to the usage of the data in the registration statement that will be collected and processed in accordance with the Personal data protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 59/99, 57/01, 59-2/01) and I hereby declare that I am fully aware of and give my consent to the following:

The data collected in the registration statement will be used only with the intention of the State Portal personalization; so that only selected topics will be displayed on web sites for every single user. The mode of display will also be designed according to the user's wishes. The user will be able to modify the settings in the framework of possibilities set by the portal administrator.

User name, e-mail address and password as well as the information selected are kept in a database that is administrated by the Government Centre for Informatics until the user excludes himself from the database through the portal or automatically after 6 months from the user's last visit to the portal. The cancellation of the personal data from the database is permanent.

The information collected with the registration form will not be transferred to other users or subject to any other processing except those explicitly stated above.
